Ultimate 45 prayer pure guide [with attack]

The goal of this guide is to get the most out of your account whilst limiting your prayer level, I've seen people do like 4 quests, train rest then realize they've limited the content available on their account.

All quests below completed accumulates 70,100 [46] attack XP, this unlocks everything possible that gives attack experience.

Experience needed trained to 50 after quests from 0 xp = 31,233

Experience needed trained to 60 after quests from 0 xp = 203,642

All possible quests listed accumulates to 35,431 xp which is 39 prayer, this means if you start at 0 xp, you train 26,081 xp for 45.

You can complete all quests except swan song, train to 43 then complete it later to instantly get 45 [assuming 0 xp start.]

if anyone does clue scrolls, they should get a decent supply of ecto tokens before they max prayer so theyre not fucked if they need ecto tokens to get to some coordinate locations, good guide :)
