Hello, We have moved to another TS, the reason for this is that we found a cheaper TS who should still provide us the same service. The extra costs we spare can be used for other benefits such as leaks. Unfortunately most rented TS hosts don't give you the database or allow you take/restore a snapshot for easy transition so we need to rerank all of you guys. The DNS has been updated so you should automatically be in the new TS when you connect to ts.foe-rs.com. When you are connected, simply pm someone from the leadership and they will give you your appropriate rank again. Thanks, If you have any questions let me know :)

It's been 2 weeks now since I ran the Antwerp Marathon. It was an amazing but seriously hard experience! Time: 4hrs 45 minutes My time wasn't the greatest but I had shin splints 2,5 months before date. The injury caused 1,5 months of no training which resulted in 3 weeks of training before the actual marathon. Also, it was 29 °C that day which caused a lot of people to black out :L Any of you peeps have experiences with long distance runs and like to share?

75 attack - 60 is pretty boring especially in cwa as you're basically a slave mager only reason i stay 60 attack is because getting 99 strength with 60 attack was horrendous

I'd buy it & keep it. It's rising because of the price of GP going down, so naturally all items will increase in price. Not only that, but Raids 2 as well. Very useful weapon, buy it!

@Warlord If I was you I'd suggest you to buy the Kodai Wand x2 and wait over 33 days till Raids 2 comes out. They'll be around 140M ea soon
