Any other quests would require/grant defence levels. *note* Due to a small obstacle I decided to keep it at 204 QP for now, because Rag and Bone Man (part two) gives prayer xp and I noticed that it would give me 53 prayer... therefore I finished the quest to the part until I claim the reward, which I will do when I decide to get 99 prayer.
