Congrats on everything so far, and good luck with future goals! I missed the previous logs, so I'm not sure how frequently you post these. Can we expect them monthly?

Ill check them out. Don't think ive seen the very start of an ironman since ive been back. Will be looking forward to new updates. Edit: Holy shit I just realized you're 1 def.
