Dripz Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 (edited) Will Stacking while intermittent fasting make me more hungry? as i am burning more calories? Im currently losing around 4 Lb's a week with a 1.7 - 2k Calorie Intake, EC Stack and 6 day workout. I only have another 5-6 kg to cut before i reach my goal and i want to get this done before i go away mid september. Edited August 11, 2014 by Papa Dripz
debb Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 Dont think its gonna make you more hungry but idk search 4 it
Hitter Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 What sort of stack are you thinking? Something like a thermogenic such as hydroxycut? If so I think they have some sort of appetite suppressant as well, when I used it felt like you didn't get as hungry helping not to cheat
Big Dan Posted August 11, 2014 Posted August 11, 2014 thats good for short term, it wont make u more hungry and it should make the fasting easier

Tris Posted August 12, 2014 Posted August 12, 2014 Unless you start running clen or other gear/juice/roids then there's no way to speed up your cutting progress. Legal fat burners are marketed garbage, ECA stack is more effective. You're pretty much doing everything you can if you're eating at such a deficit, doing cardio post weights and running EC stack. You may want to implement a few refeed days from now and mid September, just to make sure you have adequate leptin levels otherwise you'll find yourself at a plateau. 5-6 kilograms over a month is quite a big drop of weight, its not exactly healthy. People generally aim to lose 0.5-1lbs a week after the initial few weeks of losing liquid weight. It's not about the number, it's about the visual.
