Technically not possible, when you use 2 mouses on the same computer they will both run the same curser, too bad. 

You'll have to find another way to get this plan to work.

You can actually program your own drivers, or edit the current driver, you can set a mouse ID for mouse 1 + mouse 2 and set different cursors for them both, if 1 mouse breaks you'd have to change the ID for a new mouse :)
