i know what thread to come back to if i'm ever on the brink of suicide but can't quite pull the trigger

 

 

 

brb gonna go eat loads of salmon but make sure to cut all the fat off my chicken and keep any beef/pork in a locked safe under the sea

I've never used any pre-workout supplements. I feel like if I do then slowly they will become less effective so I'll have to use more.Plus, if I stop, I'll feel like I've gone backwards.

Pre workout does become less effective if used continuously, which is you're meant to cycle it.  Your system gains a tolerance to the stimulants and you end up either having to take more (which isn't very wise in most cases) or come off it for a month or two.
