Currently doing an nvq lvl 2 apprenticeship in catering & hospitality, been given a task by my head chef to come up with 14 original soups, missed the first deadline for it, been given an extra week (by this sunday) to complete it, otherwise i may be getting the sack. basically just wondering if there are any other chefs here with any experience in soup making, would be willing to offer up any rsgp (lol) for any valuable information. need to come up with a broth/puree/cream/chowder/consomme, 2/14 of these also have to be foreign inspired (not from england)
