Slowly cut down every few days and soon the numbers you smoke will be so small, you shall find it alot easier to quit, in the longrun this works better than thinking "im going to stop now!, Today!" because everyone knows that, that will not be the case as you will miss the taste of nicotine more than you would if you slowly quit.

He still does it, he's got like 200 candies in his car all different types haha. Maybe it would help you :o, maybe not.
