I'm someone that likes to believe what I like eating is healthy, and not to fatty...here's a few items I want your guy's opinions on some of these household items.

*Beef Jerky

*Slim Jim

*Yogurt/Chocolate Raisins

*white bread compared to wheat

*coffee? a decent sized cup every other day?  I can drink it without a lot of sugar and such, just is the caffeine really bad for you? stunting growth and such

*diet drinks compared to normal, is it really worth it?  I put a lot of work into getting off my addiction of soda where I was consuming sometimes 3 cans a day, diet or normal, didn't matter to me, but have been off soda (besides the odd 1) since November.

*gum? sugar free compared to normal?

Just ones I could think of at the moment that relate to me, feel free to answer any that stick out to you

Replace any soda or fizzy drink with water

fats aren't bad, they're actually good as long as you're within your caloric needs/macros. people associate fats with gaining the cell tissue fat, but it's actually carbohydrates and glycogen that's going to make you "fat"

sodium is a different matter though, try not to get too much

Throw away anything processed.

Green tea in the morning son, or a protein shake. No coffee.

I lift with my brother and he says Green Tea just makes him feel more alive in the morning + it's healthy etc

I use to drink coffee around 6-8 times a day, and it helped keeping my weightloss going at a steady pace, allowing me to lose 60 lbs in 4 months.  Very unhealthy, but works. I wouldn't recommend the use of coffee in anyones diet, it's not worth the after effects.

*Slim Jim - L

*Yogurt/Chocolate Raisins - Yogurt can be good in someways with the fruit. Tendency to have a lot of sugar

*white bread compared to wheat - I tend to have white bread, but if honey wheat or whole is an option I go with it.

*coffee? a decent sized cup every other day?  A lot of sugar. Couldn't really tell ya as I never drink it.
