I need to be 61-64kg to be a little bit underweight in karting, so i don't think it is, im just abit taller than many other karters.

Weight: 66Kg

Height: 5'10

Goals: Lose abit of weight, become fitter/visible abs/bigger arms

People who inspire you: No so much people, Films like never back down etc make me want to train str irl

66kg is light bro, you don't want to be losing any weight, it would be unhealthy.

Nah man, i need to be around 61-65kg for racing.

My height is a bit of a disadvantage compared to other racers though..

I don't bench yet, this is my first month of doing gym, got a schedule from someone who works there, after 10 weeks i will get a new schedule and then i will be doing benches.

Pro Tip: Don't focus on weight loss, but more on muscle GAIN

Most of the rowers in my school started around same weight and height as yourself. They were considered pretty big lads but now they've lost like 10-15kg and are like 100% muscle + incredibly aerobically fit.

Btw i only know all that because I used to cox then coach them when they went coxless, and had to enter them to races etc so needed to know total weight of crew.
