Current Goal: Bulk up to 82 KG.

Two weeks ago I was 78.5 KG, thought I was meeting my 500+ calorie deficit but obviously not since I'm down 2 KG. :(  Haven't invested in any protein powder yet but I'm starting to think a pre/post work out shake will do me well.
