Tom (Rendition) Posted March 14, 2011 Posted March 14, 2011 Age: 19 Weight: 75kg Height: 6'0 Goals: 1.2km, 5 reistantce in 4 minutes, then keeping under 4 and gradually bulding that resistance up. I don't really time my swims, but 30 length in 20 minutes sounds about righttt....maybe? 26kg dumbell inclince bench 12kg dumbell butterfly raise 18kg dumbell squat curl 20 widearm foreaarm chinups 10 dips, 20kg between legs That exercise where you have a bar which you start at right angled arms then pull downto your hips and then let it back up to right angle. Â 80kg targ? I don't really gym that much, so it will literally take likee...fucking year or longer to ever achieve those goals (apart from swimming which I do reg). People who inspire you: I think watching ripped men is pretty queer if I'm honest.
