I'm eighteen now, and I got rid of my piece of shit eclipse, and now I drive a mkiv. :) it's a Volkswagen Jetta GLS, 2.0L engine, 5spd. =] I got it back in august, and i'm planning alot of mods in the spring, probably lowering it, (not to low because i'm not a faggot) new halo lights, and probably adding fogs, and possibly a swap to a turbo in the long run.. Ashton riding shotty. :) Here she is. My old car, and story in the spoiler Well, I was wondering how many of you in FOE, actually owned a car? I own my own car, i'm seventeen years old. I will be eighteen in 4 months. I paid for it, with money my grandfather had left me, I do pay my own car insurance.. Hence why I sold 300M Of my GP! haha! This is my car. 1999, Mitsubishi eclipse. Needs ALOT of works.. :\ but she's my baby. Still no name yet. Also this is my first car.. What kind of cars do you guys have? And what was your first? Mustang is my sisters, Blazer is my sisters, explorer is my moms. Eclipse was mine.
cody Posted March 2, 2011 Author Posted March 2, 2011 wow nice dude how much was it? I paid 2.4k USD. The rims themself were work 1k haha. So yeah, i bought it off some kid from my schools dad. The kid is aggressive and go to many speeding tickets going 150+ & out running the cops LLLLL.

Eric Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 i'm 22 and i've BOUGHT a total of 6 different cars/trucks since i got my license back in '04. right now i own a 1989 ford ranger.. i almost have the engine in perfect working shape (to offroad) i already have enough cash for the lift & tires i just need to have a few days off work to get it done. Magna Flow exhaust, K&N aftermarket air filter (i'm also planning on installing a snorkel :) )

Noah Posted March 2, 2011 Posted March 2, 2011 love the rims... i bought my own car at 22 too, it's a 2006 pontiac g6 gt coupe, wanted gxp or gtp but cbf paying the extra money ^ except mines red, bought it used from a dealership for $10,000 at 72,000km. might paint it black or something not a huge fan of red

An audi A3 and a golf tdi, either your premiums are like 8k+ a year or your 23 +? I couldnt even get insured on a golf 1.8, so i had to buy a corsa 1.4, fucking insurance on cars are a killer.

Drove my first year with my own car but on my dads insurance so i havent got any no claims bonus yet so im basically fucked until im over 20 to start my no claims..
