ok so hey im Luke and im hopeing to achieve the stats to apply for FOE. In this thread i am going to be updating stats/ bank wealth every time they increases/decreases.

Alch 94 with Maple longbows (u), pk for a while and see if you can make the money for chinning. There's a pretty good guide on Str at Guides section, recommend you to read it once you have time :)

Just kill some npc's for gp and then just burst lobs or auto click alch your mage to 94, and chin your range @ mm skellies.

For str look @ guides forum.

Good luck man. I suggest you stun-alch for 94 Mage, it's like 130-150k exp/hr. What's your total bank worth?
