You want to bulk up abit. My advice - Join a gym. Then i'll give you some routines. im in a gym lol im not allowed to sue weights cause im 15 FML but yeh i need body weight exercises + i have muscle that's terrible.... get a new gym Its not the gym, the minimum age is 16. not where I live... I was going to the gym doing weights when I was 15. Well unless they didnt check your age that shouldnt be happening.
