Harvey Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 My mates entered into a remix competition, the prize is to get your song on Perez Hilton's website, so it's a pretty big deal and the winner will get serious exposure. His entry is awesome and is currently (edit:) 3rd out of about 1000 entries. He's only 17 and is beating hundreds of professional dj's so it'd be incredible if he won. If you guys could help him out and vote that'd be awesome and much appreciated, it only takes a few seconds! Cheers! This is his remix: http://www.indabamusic.com/submissions/show/16575 Thanks again
Harvey Posted April 26, 2010 Author Posted April 26, 2010 Update: He's moved from 5th to joint 3rd :) I reckon it's possible for him to win this

Acclaimed|Jordan Posted April 26, 2010 Posted April 26, 2010 1. He is not beating professional DJ 2. Remixing is not djing, it is producing 3. What reputable DJ would remix a song for perez hilton... LMFAO until your friend is competing against people like this, he aint beating "professional Djs' Y6bapWp-4k0

LMFAO until your friend is competing against people like this, he aint beating "professional Djs' Okay, well let me rephrase it then. 1. He is beating people who are a lot more 'professional' than he is, people who have fans, people who do it for a living. (whether they're famous or not) 2. Sorry, I'm not big on this sort of stuff. Producers then. 3. Professional doesn't mean reputable, these people aren't famous, that's the point. It's all about getting exposure. And the song isn't FOR Perez Hilton, part of the prize is to get your remix on his website. Which whether you're too cool for him or not, means lots of exposure.
