Gareth l Rare Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Adolf gets banned for botting (yeah this vids been adapted for near enough every single subject you can think of)(quote).I feel like i just lost a child.(quote)But if you think about it, over all the years ive been on the internet or even just around in the world, Hitler has been adapted to anything and everything. If it been drug related -> world war jokes -> german jokes -> you name it.But why do you think this is? (not talking about /b/ or 4chan)
lntoxicating Posted April 22, 2010 Posted April 22, 2010 Because no other single entity in recent history caused as much tragedy and human suffering as he did. Of course there's Ghengis Khan, Alexander The Great, Julius Caesar, Ivan IV, and many more like him; But none of them are of recent memory. It's natural human conditioning to be attracted to something like that. It sounds bad when you think about it but, it's the truth. In today's society, we've made Hitler into something of a Folk-Villain. EDIT: I was thinking about this a little more and I have to retract my initial statement of, "no other single entity in recent history caused as much tragedy and human suffering as he did." That's beyond wrong. Hitler is one of the the only people who DIDN'T get away with it. In the early 1830's te U.S. Gov't took it upon themselves to "relocate" native americans. They followed a path which is infamously known as the Trail Of Tears. Where they were made to stay in horrible conditions and walk hundreds of miles (maybe thousands, I haven't read up on it). The American settlers have done this all through out their time in "The New World", but it was never considered wrong or injust in any way. In retrospect, Hitler was no different than any other world super power--Except he didn't have the 'American Stamp Of Approval'.

Indians now days get treated fucking great though.. once their 18 they get 100k, then they get 3k every other month for the rest of their life. and im pretty sure they dont have to pay taxes? not sure on that though.

P4|Pink Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Intox, most people don't care about the past. And for someone like Hitler, I guess I wouldn't either.

Gareth l Rare Posted April 23, 2010 Author Posted April 23, 2010 Im here now m8. Yeah the reason why hitler is known in every subject is because he did everything slay jewish/gypsies, War,school,religon... I no what he did, but im saying if someone like that gets so much love, then do something barbaric and sick and be immortal on the internet for ever. *josef fritzl* for instance o.O Then again, this is the world we live in and thats modern society today.
2k10 Gwas Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 i am german and as german i have to say ... not funny...

Gareth l Rare Posted April 23, 2010 Author Posted April 23, 2010 because it was a good clip to make fun of it. Not on about this vid in particular im on about alllll of the hitler references and jokes scattered through out the world. When ever a new "it" thing comes out, there will be a hitler adaptation of it. Could save 100 people, donate a billion quid to help stop poverty BUT i wouldn't get immortality on the internet BUT if i was in charge of a mass genocide then id be almost guarantied fame? o.O
lntoxicating Posted April 23, 2010 Posted April 23, 2010 Intox, most people don't care about the past. And for someone like Hitler, I guess I wouldn't either. Nothing you said in this quote is even logical, if in reference to what I wrote. Unless I'm missing something that you'd care to explain?
