Acclaimed|Jordan Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 I can help you. P195/60R15 P stands for metric system. 195 is the width - 195 millimeters. 60 = the size of the tires sidewall height (from rim to tread) is 60% of its section width R is the construction type. (irrelevant in our case) 15 is the wheel diameter. What you need to find out is what tires fit whatever car those rims are for AND what size the tires are. See if they match up with the tires you are going to buy.
d72 Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 I'd buy brand new tires to be honest... Expensive, but reliable :p
mr d stroy Posted March 12, 2010 Author Posted March 12, 2010 yeah but 7.25 a hour sucks ass when you gotta save up, what should i ask both of them that's missing information. i got a 1979 Pontiac trans am firebird, if that helps
Acclaimed|Jordan Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 get the rims, then find tires to fit the rims. dont do it the other way around. I dont know if those tires will fit the rims because the width is very small

Acclaimed|Jordan Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 you never want to skimp out on tires... spin out = GG
mr d stroy Posted March 12, 2010 Author Posted March 12, 2010 go to a local junkyard, you'd be surprised. Yeah i think im going to just get the wheels now and look for some at junkyards
