Skotizo is a part of the Kourend dungeon. I collected 83 totems (bottom, middle and top) throughout the 99 Slayer grind. Thanks to @Intu and @Jake I was able to complete this mission. Thanks lads.

 

Yes, I finally got a pet.

Additional info:

Each kill you use 600/83=7.2 dragon arrows with twisted bow.

Used: 1.7k addy darts and like 3kish scales.

1 dose of range pot/1 dose of super combat pot (dwh spec) and 1 super restore.

12.6m gp/83 kills = 151k gp each kill.
