Hello, I haven't played OSRS in over a year or so, I just bought membership again and transferred 20M from my old main. Where should I start? What skills should I focus on and which gear should I buy?

Just dump your cash stack into p pots and get to nmz

I suggest you to camp range with blowpipe at NMZ. Its faster and it will make you able to reach FOE's stats requirements quicker, getting 90 to 99 range in a small amount of time!
