First off +1 item worlds take away all the pkers from the normal PvP worlds where as edge is VERY crowded on a +1 world and no one is near that area in a normal world. Also you waste more food and supplies on a +1 world etc and yeah their over crowded so it can be a slight laggy at certain points.
