lekker bezig maat, advice: download MyFitnessPal en begin je voedsel te tracken, vind hoeveel calories je nodig hebt om te maintainen, en daarna rustig je cals verhogen/verlagen.

40% Carbs/40%protein/20%fats is 't best.
