hot sauce on everything is the way to go

 

sometimes i like to put things with my hotsauce, like chicken or pasta

 

just depends

 

but for sure, always hot sauce

Looks really good man.. But where dem carbs at? Some brown rice perhaps..

When you go to the gym its not fitness.  Sadly they can't have carbs because they don't actually do any fucking exercise that the carbs would help with.  GG lifting weight im a h8er
