absolutely was a founder. him and ace. He was a shit pker like ace and never made a vid until he returned to rs in 2010 and then learned how to pk. Ace was the reason foe continued to be #1 until 2008 and Val till 2011-2012, whenever he retired. Fear Figment/Mike's vids and 1 pure devil put Foe on the map pre 2010.
