not fair to blame foe ranks when every other clan pushed for the move up in defence, especially in f2p the advantage of addy over mithril is too big to be ignored. the defence lvls also do matter when prepping the other clans, a gap of 19lvls (20 to 39) is way too big to be ignored it gets to a point that no matter the quality of the clan you'll be in a big handicap against the others. in simpler words, it's like playing football (soccer) with 2 red cards on ur team while the opponent still has 11

FOE bullied all clans like cp and eop to get 39 def lmfao. As soon as jagex allowed 30 def for the pure cup, those shit clans took it and tried to use it as an advantage against FOE. However, FOE prevailed and still slammed those shit clans and so we decided to embarrass them even more by getting 30 def ONLY. So the shit clans decided to get 39 def and bring mains. thats it. Grats FOE.
