no?? no?? You may think of maxed being highest combat level possible for 99 str att etc. But being maxed is 99 in combat stats because its the highest level you can achieve. You can't say your a maxed pure without being 99 str 99 range 99 magic and hps and depending on attack level. 50/60/75/99 attack maxed includes magic and range! This is why the world would be better off without chavs1 like
