Updates... gave up on cutting after a couple weeks haha.. lost like 7lbs though.. whether any of that was permanent fat loss or not idk.. been bulking seriously for about 2 weeks, gone from 180-191lbs lol probs a lottt of water weight.

2 years in january and because my goals require gear so why would i waste valuable life time doing it without gear when im gonna have to one day anyway?

youve made huge pprogress but Ive seen people make much more in 2 years of natty is genetics a steroid than ;/

lol theres no way youve seen people go from 140-190 natty in 2 years, and as i've said on past pages, my diet and training was shit for a period of like 6 months, havn't been taking it as serious as i should lol

Lemme change what I said. I had to lose 50lbs of fat before I started bulking, and my diet and training has been shit for the past 6 months. so it's only really been solid bulking from september-april.. if he thinks he's seen someone go from 140-190 in 7 months, he's wrong.

i can appreciate this greatly.

 

Currently im 6'4 202 lbs.

 

I used to be 6'4 around 155 lbs, after about 5 or 6 months i put on over 50 lbs of lean ass muscle and i plan on keeping it on and attempting to put on another 10-20 lbs

so no roids till you dropped 50 lbs then you started bulking, making sure i read that right

I cut from 190-140 .. bulked naturally to like 160.. started juicing in like march and I'm now 191
