?? ~ Official FOE NFL Pickem League ~ ??

 

Yoyo! Not sure how many of us actually follow the NFL (or care about it), but I've seen a lot of discussion and I thought it could be fun to try to put together a pickem league for us.

 

How it works:

I will provide a list of every NFL matchup here on a weekly basis and you have to pick a winner against the spread for each game. Do this by placing an "x" in the box next to the team you think will win/cover the spread. For those of you who don't know what a spread is, let's take the first game listed as an example. The favorite, or the NY Giants in this case, will be listed on the left and the underdogs, or Arizona in this case, will be listed on the right. In between the two teams, there is a number which is the point spread for each game, 3 in the case of NY vs AZ.

MAKE A PICK FOR EVERY GAME.

 

So what does this mean? A spread of 3 points means the favorite must win the game by ATLEAST 3 points to push, OR more to "cover". If you choose the NY Giants as your winner, they will need to beat Arizona by more than 3 points to WIN the game and anything less is a loss. If they (Giants) win by 3 points, the game is a "push" and no points will be counted from that game.

 

What you need to do:

PM me on discord (Swip#7168) to pay the weekly 5m OSRS GP entry fee, then fill out your picks and post them below. On Monday after the last game of the week, I will count the total scores and a winner will be chosen. You will NOT be eligible to win the week if your entry fee is not received by the start of the games on Sunday (1PM EST).

 

Winner gets 80% of the payout.

2nd place takes 10% of the payout.

Last place gets a free entry to next week.

I don't anticipate this to take off immediately, but hopefully, people will see that it's a fun way to bet on sports while chilling with FOE crew and join in!
