Full Member Requirements

These are the bare minimum stats you need to get into the clan.
You may be asked to train more on your application.

Must abide by Final Ownage Elite Rules.
You must show forum activity by raising your post count.
Once you have applied you must attend PK Trips.

78+ Hp for ALL Options.
80+ Hp if you do not have overheads (43+ prayer).

Maximum defence level of 27*.With exception of Option D.
Maximum defence level of 35 if applying with option D.
Option D can also have hand cannon aslong as you have turmoil first.

Option A. Melee Based

88+ Strength with 82+ Mage and 70+ Range
or
88+ Strength with 80+ Range and 70+ Mage

Option B. Range Based

88+ Range with 82+ Mage and 70+ Strength
or
88+ Range with 80+ Strength and 70+ Mage

Option C. Magic Based

94+ Mage with 80+ Range and 80+ Strength

Option D1. Turmoil Pure

NOTE: Requirements are the bare minimum, meeting them does not mean you will be automatically accepted!
In FOE we only strive for the best so be prepared to continuously train your stats during and after your application process.

Quests:

The following quests must be completed, they are a mandatory part of our requirements. You will be required to prove on your application you have done them.

- Monkey Madness
- Addy Gloves (recipe for disaster)
- Desert Treasure
- Elemental Workshop 1 AND 2
- Death Plateau
- Animal Magnetism

The following quests are not mandatory requirements however, we prefer it if you had them done.

- Lost City
- Horror from the deep
- Elemental workshop 3 (requires 33 defence which can be boosted with super/extreme def pots)

Others

- Pass a Tank Test in P2P.
- Must come to at least three or more FOE events before being accepted.
- Must have at least 3 Referrals from clan members (You can get these during your application).
- Must have 10m+ Net with at least 5m of it as a cash pile to PK (We don't accept beggers into the clan).
- Must Have Pking Pictures and/or Videos (with your inventory showing!).
- Your Adventurers Log (ALOG) must be public.
- 25 Post count is needed to proceed any further with your application.

Final Ownage Elite Pking Rules

~ No Teleporting.
None whatsoever when fighting other players, If you are pj'd, use protection prayers, you must run or log.
No wearing/using ring of life.  If you are pking west drags and get a kill/pjed run into the mages and run down, or log after getting a kill. Logging out or running down are your only options.  YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TELEPORT IN THE WILDERNESS even when not in combat, unless a leader directs you to on a PK Trip.  

While the wilderness is overall pretty hectic and messy, especially in edgeville we have allowed our members to have a fair advantage by doing what you deem fit in your current situation.  This of course means you should be honorable and not farcast, pray, pj, etc.  This also leaves our biggest wilderness rule to NOT TELEPORT, so make sure you abide by that at all times if nothing else.

~ No "One Iteming".
You should always be risking something when you're pking. If you are in the wilderness attacking people you are representing this clan and should be wearing proper pking gear.

~ No Attacking Clanmates.
Should not be done unless a DM/Fight has been arranged beforehand.

~ No Scamming/Phishing/DDoSing
If this happens for any reason you will be booted.

~ No Mutli-clanning.
You may not be in another clan on any account you own, this is both for our security and your own, to avoid you attacking other clan-members even on a different account.


FOE does not tolerate NH actions in response to other players committing "NH" Acts, Just because other clans or individuals choose to act the way they do. Try to use common sense when pking and respect our rules, we promote honour pking, if you have sufficient evidence or members  whocan back up your claim you may be given the benefit the the doubt but remember FOE is an honour pking community we respect other players both fighting and how we act towards others.

*For the purpose of the rules, "edgeville" area consists of "pure hill" and the area above edgeville bank up to the air obelisk.

Final Ownage Elite Barrage Rules

Learn these rules and learn them well because if there's one thing you can do in a clan to make everyone hate you, it's barrage at the wrong times.

1. Always have your auto cast set as blitz! You can manually barrage or set it to auto cast during a run in.

2. Never barrage a single enemy. Why? If there's one person, usually people will run in with their melee weapons to quickly dispose of him and by barraging you're going to hit all your clan-mates as well. This results in a portion of the clan being frozen, a prime opportunity for the enemy to rush us or just wastes our food for the initial fight.

3. Always be listening on teamspeak during a run in. A leader will always tell the clan to stop barraging at a certain point and run in with melee weapons - this is when you activate blitz if you do not have a melee weapon in your possession.

4. You can barrage a small team once, at the initial sighting and then must switch back to blitz. If it is a small team, then clan members will usually run in with melee after a single barrage at the initial sighting to quickly dispose of them. If you choose to continuously barrage you will deal damage to your own clan-mates and may very well kill them.

F2P Gear for our Saturday PK Trips!





Clan cloaks are mandatory for our F2P pk trips. Before you are able to get clan cloaks you need to be invited to the clan, PM an OP in #finalownage if you are not added to the official Clan Chat yet (you must have applied before you can gain access) then all you do is go south of falador and stock up on them!  If you are not able to get in touch with an OP, a Team-30 Cape for your f2p picture is just as good!



Holy symbols and monk robes are mandatory in F2P, they help so much with keeping your prayer up. Strength ammys are good for when a push is called. Explorer rings are optional but help a great amount and these are a great bonus to getting accepted! Click here if you want to get them.

Using 3 combat styles is not recommended. Always bring Phoenix necklaces they are absolutely necessary! When you wear them and you go below 10% of your HP it will heal you, essential for surviving! Always bring a ring of recoil they are better than you think. Don't forget to use mystic might + magic potion if you're maging for the 15% accuracy/damage boost!

Tank Test Guide

What is a tank test?

Tank test is one of the hardest part of FOE's application system it's what sets us apart from noob clans like Mayhem Makers.
Final Ownage Elite requires all members to at least eat 3/4 of their inventory before dying. In this topic we will explain what tank tests are all about.
Basically you will be attacked by 4 or 5 people and will have to survive a good amount of time.


What are the rules for a tank test?

- 4 or 5 attackers
- Will be done in Gamers Grotto W71 Plateau
- Person tanking can not use a staff of light special attack (halves melee attacks for 60 seconds)
- Attackers can not use d-scim specs (cuts your overheads for a few seconds)
- Attacks can not use d-spear specs (blocks you from eating for a few seconds)


How should I set up my tank test?

Join #tank-test in SwiftIRC and PM an OP. We also require you to be on teamspeak (just to listen so we can give you tips you don't have to talk).

How to pass a tank test?

First of all hotkeys are VERY important, learning them is not hard at all, getting used to them takes maybe a few hours of practicing.

Tips:

- Make sure you re-equip your phoenix necklace every time you eat a rocktail and a brew - EVEN IF YOUR NECKLACE DID NOT BREAK! This way you don't get caught off guard by some massive high hits.

- Only protect from mage if you are stuck in a clump - otherwise switch between range and melee.

- Make sure you don't take TOO many brews if you're HP is below 85, 4 would be a good recommendation for low hp lvls. Otherwise 6 or 8 will do.

Wilderness Guide

This is a guide for all new clan members. This guide will show you many of the call outs that we use during our Pk Trips. The point of this guide is to help anyone who is new to learn what all the locations in the wilderness are called and to help you get your bearings while on your first few trips.

It may look a bit confusing at first, but these are all of the commonly used call outs during pk trips. Also on the map are the Ancient Teleport locations (more detail below), some GWAS spots, and a few other important bits of information.

The return spots shown on the map are the most common and quickest ways to return. Depending on the location of the fight, and which side we are attacking from is how you will determine which method to return with.

Ancient Teleports will be displayed in mage level order

2 laws, 2 airs, 3 fires - Teleports you to the ruins in the west wilderness - Useful for returning to West Dragons in a single run in, Southwest BH stairs, and Pure/Green Hill.


2 laws, 2 souls - Teleports you a few squares north of 18 portal - Useful for returning to BH Bank, Hills, Sperm Hill, Graveyard, Ruins, Corp, and Chaos Dwarf fights.


2 laws, 2 bloods - Teleports you directly into GDZ - Useful for returning to GDZ, New Gate, 50 portal, Maze, Rouge's Castle, and Rune Rocks if we have the east side.


2 laws, 8 waters - Teleports you north of 48 portal - Useful for returning to Rune Rocks if we have the west side.


Lava Titan - 83 Summoning - Teleports you south east of the King Black Dragon's Lair - Useful for returning to Rune Rocks if we have the west side.


Canoe - 57 Woodcutting - Lands you in the heart of Mossies - Useful for returning to fights at Corp, Chaos Dwarves, Ruins, Lava gap if we have the south side, Rune Rocks, and GDZ if the Annakarl teleport spot is being barraged.

Clan Wars Guide

maging
Most of the time, it's good to have some mains like 75 attack 30 defence mains maging so they don't get piled and they can keep the constant freeze. and the less experienced. This way you can stay in the back and get the freezes that win us miniwars. And when you mage, you do NOT bring a Ranged switch or a special weapon other than a Dragon Scimitar. And you always STRAIGHT PHOENIX NECKLACE. No point in a glory ever. No point in a fury if you are only maging. Stream if dungeoneering is on works too. ALSO NOTE: NEVER MAGE IN A FIRE CAPE! YOU NEED GOD CAPE!
When maging, you need ONLY ONE OR TWO person running around freezing all nigger rangers and magers, this cuts down at least one of their food, and it freezes them so they get limited to who the can attack. Everyone else needs to stay on the pile so they can't get more that 5 steps when unfrozen. Autocast that shit. Even if you don't have a staff of light, you can still tank very good and easy no matter if you got 7 mains on you. If you get banged, don't feel bad just remember to do better next time. And if you do get banged do not cry if asked to sit a round, it is only to help the team.

en-ranging
The ONLY people that should be en-ranging are people with: 80+ Attack, 95+ Ranged, Overloads and people who are more experienced with mini-warring. There is no point in someone without overloads, without main status, because think about it, everyone wants to nigger range and then we have no magers. There needs to be a fine balance of en-rangers and magers because we can't be short on magers so we can't even get a freeze. Freezes get a lot of kills.



Misc. Info
-DDS is good and all, but if you do not have overloads, 99 strength, etc. Use a D Scim, even people who meet the criteria should use scim tbh.
-Get overloads if you don't want to sit. Everyone has em. It costs 70m.
-You should set your inventory where your rocktail/brews/p necks are in a nice order so you can click them easy when you tank.
-The only spec weps you should use are d scim, ags(only if overloads + nigger ranging), d spear, sol, everything else is shit.
-Everyone needs to learn to use hotkeys, learn 15% every switch, and learn to switch overheads nicely.
- No bringing 8 ways (bloodystr) cbow and chaps no more, mind body is not worth 640 hp that a brew is
-No maging in fire cape (use god cape)
-Dds if ur 99 str ovls and max str kk else use d scim or spear
-Use d spear more its pretty good actually
-Most people really experienced know what they are best with, but when you aren't experienced, listen to what leaders say, they most of the time know what they are talking about.

You are expected to meet with the clan 30 minutes before the trip so you can be added to the official Clan Chat.

Join "FinalOwnage" friends chat and check if you have a rank, if you don't, pm FinalOwnage in-game and tell him to give you a rank.
If he is not online, PM an op in #FinalOwnage IRC.

Application Process

Step 1: Do you meet Foe requirements?

Check if you meet Foe requirements.


Step 2: Have you read Foe Pking Rules?

Ensure to have read Foe Pking Rules (Hint: Read it VERY carefully).


Step 3: Creating a Foe Application & getting referrals

Create an application in a new topic using the following format: Foe Application Form.

You will be asked for a minimum of three referrals, these are people that have referred you to Final Ownage Elite. You are not supposed to put Foe members you know up here, you are supposed to ask people if they want to refer you, or DM them if they require it. You may only use Foe members as referrals and they MUST have agreed first to refer you!


Step 4: Check replies every day!

After your application has been posted, read the replies to your topic. They will contain important information, eg: Matters you have to update, Stats you still have to get, Questions you haven't properly answered.

As soon as an admin approves your application, you will notice this by the reply he posts and the message he'll send to your inbox, you will receive the rank applicant.


Step 5: Approved?

If you have not yet received the applicant rank, it means that you will have to wait a little longer until an admin approves you, make sure to keep on reading the replies to your application, again it may contain important information you have to fulfill before the application can be approved.

When you have received a reply and a message in your inbox stating that you have been approved, you will have the applicant rank. You will notice this by looking in the little information box under your name, where it says post count, Rsn, Rank.

You will be asked to insert your irc nickname onto the forums. Just follow the provided link, and you will get to the page where you enter your IRC nickname. Note that this IRC nickname MUST be registered! It MUST be the exact same nickname as you registered on IRC.

Step 6: Testing

If Step 5 has been successfully completed, you will need to test if this all works. It is highly recommended you do this at least a few hours before the pk trip, to ensure that everything is up and running before the trip starts.

Enter "FinalOwnage" clanchat in game, and check if you have a friends icon in the clanchat, if not, pm an @operator in IRC.


Important Note
On IRC you must at all times be using your registered nickname. (or a grouped name)
It must be the exact same nickname as you used to register, even if an underscore "_" is added behind your nickname, it will NOT WORK.


When you want to join a channel, use the following command. (DO NOT USE A NEW WINDOW)

Step 7: Attending Pk Trips

You will be required to join Foe Pking trips before being accepted as Foe Proud Member.

IRC/Swiftkit and Teamspeak


Both Teamspeak and IRC are required in order for us to even consider you as a potential new member of the clan.
This topic will explain why this is, and how you can acquire and get used to using both clients.

IRC is a chat based client, Where you can talk to other members of the clan and the community, with often 150-200 people in the channel at prime times and trip times.  IRC is also used to notify you of quick preparation events, miniwars and anything else the clan has going at any time. Every member requires IRC with a registered IRC nickname so that we can give you access into our secure pking channel #FOE_PK. There is more information on this later in this topic.

Teamspeak is required at our events for during clan events. We have been using teamspeak for over 3 years, Every member must have teamspeak and be listening at events. Teamspeak is not only just important for events, but also good to just hang out and talk with members off trips while you're doing other things.

IRC

You can start chatting by pressing the "IRC" button on the of the forums.
However, its suggested to download Swiftkit instead, as it has a nicer interface for both Runescape and IRC, and it has a few extra functions.

Upon Downloading, Installing, and setting up your profile, you will be greeted with this page. Now to get onto IRC.

Click, Show Internal Utilities, Then the Yellow Symbol for IRC Chat



If this is your first time with the client, Enter a nickname of your choice (Preferably your RSN) and Connect to #FinalOwnage IRC.

After doing this, Click the Status window and register your nickname using this command

/ns register Password Password Email Email (Enter a SAFE password x2 that you will remember! And your Email x2)



Now go to your email, inbox, and read your new email with further instructions.
You will get an activation code. Enter it on Irc.
/ns confirm XXXXXXXX

After your nickname is registered, Disconnect of IRC, and Enter your password into the Auto Identify box


Now this is complete, If you are either an Applicant or a member, You will be able to edit your IRC field into the top of this page

Press connect and you will now be connected to our IRC channel on the SwiftIRC server. Once you are in there, you can ask as many questions if you want! The people on top of the channel are the leaders (red coloured). You can double click their names to talk to them privately.

TeamSpeak

Foe is known for its great Live-Talk (through TeamSpeak) community, this is one of our stronger aspects. TeamSpeak is a mandatory software in Foe, which enables you to talk with a microphone, if you do not have one, we suggest you buy one, their price vary and you can find a cheap price! TeamSpeak helps the clan in general, from fun events, to important wars. With this software, we can call out names and it enables us to give commands for the clan. All our leaders, and council have microphones, therefore you can see that this plays an important part to our communication as a whole.

Start off by downloading TeamSpeak 3 CLIENT

Follow the Teamspeak installation manual. Once again, if you need any help, you may ask close friends or even ask us in #FinalOwnage IRC. We can assure you once again that this program is 100% safe to use, and it is very effective.

Now fill in your username (preferably your RSN) and click connect: (Make sure you have installed TeamSpeak correctly before you do the following)

If this form doesn't work, you can manually connect to teamspeak: Open teamspeak, Click connections > connect.

Foe Teamspeak info:

• Server Adress: ts.foe-rs.com - Port: 9987
  
• Username: Runescape Name

Simply double click a channel with people in it and you can start talking (if you have a microphone of course). If you are still unsure on how to connect to our TeamSpeak server then we advise you to ask somebody experienced with TeamSpeak, or find a TeamSpeak guide on our forums.
